This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Haysinda websites, Marvella ERP, and Meta apps connected to our services (including WhatsApp and Lead Ads integrations).

These instructions cover personal information we control on our central website (for example contact form submissions and marketing leads) and data linked to Meta app interactions where Haysinda is the app operator. Business records inside a customer’s Marvella tenant are primarily controlled by that customer’s organization.
To request deletion of your personal data held by Haysinda:
If your data lives inside a company’s Marvella portal (users, invoices, customers, etc.), contact that company’s administrator first. They can remove or anonymize records in their tenant. You may also ask us to coordinate with the tenant administrator when appropriate.
Removing our Meta app connection from your Facebook/Instagram settings does not automatically delete copies already stored in our systems. After you disconnect or delete app permissions in Meta, still send us a deletion request using the steps above so we can process data we hold.
We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting retention) or a legitimate security need. We will tell you if any data must be retained and why.
